As a continuing care community, Ascension Living Providence Village of Waco offers an array of Living Choices, accommodations, services and amenities to suit your needs, and preferences to create the lifestyle you want in a safe, secure and beautiful setting.
Independent Living
We understand you want to stay as active and engaged as possible. Choose from options that are right for you, whether it’s dining, activities, a maintenance-free lifestyle, services, amenities, social connections, learning and volunteering opportunities or easy transportation to go places you want.
Here you’ll be able to feel safe and secure while having access to services and amenities that allow you to live the lifestyle that’s right for you.
We offer a wide selection of apartment floors plans, including studio, and one- and two-bedroom designs. Each residence features a kitchen complete with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. You bring your furnishings and decorative touches to make your apartment your home!
Every residence has individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and is equipped with smoke detectors. Most utilities, including water, electricity, and cable TV are covered. Complimentary laundry facilities are on each floor. Every residence is maintenance free, inside and out. If you see anything that needs a fix, you contact maintenance and they will respond quickly to take care of the issue at no cost to you.
There is ample free parking for guests or for your vehicles--which may sit more than you do given scheduled, free transportation to a full slate of activities.
With Independent Living, you are free to be as busy or as relaxed as you choose--on campus or on excursions. Participate in a wellness course with us, or exercise in our fitness center.
