Ascension Living Saint Anne Place
Working with you and your healthcare team, our team of professionals will define a personalized care plan, emphasizing your quality of life, dignity and comfort, to help you reach your goals. You and your loved ones will also enjoy a comfortable, inviting setting, with ample common spaces, including our wonderful cafe, to safely visit with family and catch up with friends.
We are committed to helping keep you safe while giving you access to services and amenities that allow you to focus on healing. Rest assured that we have implemented safeguards to help minimize the exposure risks related to COVID-19 for our residents, visitors and staff.
Being part of the AMITA Health and Ascension network of hospitals means your loved one’s care is coordinated, if there is a need to leave our community for additional medical care. It also means that your loved one will have access to a wide range of doctors, specialists, and clinics.
Our Catholic roots and Ascension Living Mission inspire our devoted, compassionate caregivers to serve the mind, body and spiritual needs of you and your family. Whatever your faith, we welcome you.
An active lifestyle
Ascension Living Saint Anne Place's Advanced Care program is here for patients and residents who require a high level of medical care or extensive rehabilitation, but don’t necessarily need to stay in the hospital. Our multidisciplinary team includes a physiatrist, Medical Director from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and nurses who hold accreditations in many specialties. That means we are prepared to provide you with the advanced care you or your loved one may need.
We make every effort to ensure dining is pleasurable in the quality, nutrition, taste of the meal itself, and in the overall dining environment. Our staff activities director organizes social, spiritual, intellectual and creative activities in individual and group settings. And our board-certified chaplain and community volunteers are dedicated to assisting with residents’ spiritual needs and leading interdenominational services.
We don’t have set visiting hours. Instead, family and friends enjoy the convenience of visiting their loved one whenever they wish.
