Reserved Scheduling 

• Participants reserve and pay recurring attendance days in advance to ensure appropriate staffing, dining preparation, programming, and personalized support. 
• Standing schedules are encouraged to promote consistency and routine. 
  
  

Full-Day Flexibility 

Full-day memberships may be utilized for half-day attendance if desired. However:

• One scheduled day counts as one visit regardless of hours attended
• Unused hours do not carry over or convert into additional visits 
   
  
  

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Scheduled days reserve staffing, meals, activities, and support resources specifically for each participant. Therefore:

• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are billed as attended days
• No-shows are billed as attended days

Exceptions for hospitalization or emergency situations may be reviewed individually
 

Admission & Assessment

All participants will complete:

• Pre-admission assessment
• Health and medication review 
• Cognitive and functional evaluation 
• Complete Life Story
• Individualized support planning

 
One-Time Enrollment & Assessment Fee: $100

This fee includes:

• Nursing review
• Individualized intake assessment
