Jeremy Welch
Executive Director
Meet Jeremy!

As the Ascension Living St. Vincent PACE Executive Director, Jeremy provides direct operation and strategic leadership for the Ascension Living St. Vincent PACE program and organization.

After spending over 20 years serving as a strategic and operational leader in the Engineering and Manufacturing industries, Jeremy joined Ascension in 2016 serving Ascension St. Vincent as Director of Strategy for the Indianapolis Hospital campus and as Director of Operations of the William K. Nasser, MD. Healthcare Education and Simulation Center.

In June 2021, Jeremy transitioned from the local Ascension ministry into Ascension Living as St. Vincent PACE Executive Director. He was drawn to this new role and program by the opportunity to serve his local community through the development of a new PACE program, a program based on a model of care which perfectly aligns itself to the Ascension Missions to sustain and improve the health of individuals and communities through spiritually centered, holistic care.

In addition to devoting his time to supporting the Indianapolis community through the development and operation of Ascension Living St. Vincent PACE, Jeremy spends his time with his wife Catrina, his five daughters, and his three grandchildren.

Stephen Harrison
DO, Medical Director
Meet Dr. Harrison!

“I am excited by the opportunity to aid in the development and launch of a new PACE program (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), which will serve my local community by providing comprehensive, spiritually centered, holistic health services to individuals age 55+ who are sufficiently frail to be deemed “nursing home eligible” by the Indiana Medicaid program.”

As the Ascension Living St. Vincent PACE Medical Director, Dr. Harrison plans and directs the medical policies and programs for the St. Vincent PACE center. After graduating from medical school in Missouri, he went on to complete his family medicine residency training at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc, MI. Dr. Harrison went on to serve as the medical director of several skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and as site director of a federally qualified health center in Indianapolis. With more than 16 years of practice experience, he has developed a particular focus and interest in serving adult and geriatric patients. In November 2021, Dr. Harrison joined Ascension Living as Medical Director for St. Vincent PACE.
