Ascension Living Borgess Place
Working with you and your healthcare team, our team of professionals will define a personalized care plan, emphasizing your quality of life, dignity and comfort, which will help you reach your goals. Our dedication to provide this consistent experience has been recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), who gave our community a mark of distinction - a Five Star Rating.
You and your loved ones will also enjoy a comfortable, homelike setting, with ample common spaces to safely visit with family and catch up with friends.
We are committed to helping keep you safe while giving you access to services and amenities that allow you to focus on healing. Rest assured that we have implemented safeguards to help minimize the exposure risks related to COVID-19 for our residents, visitors and staff.
Conveniently located near Ascension Borgess Hospital, feel comfortable knowing transitions are easier. Being part of a network of hospitals means your loved one’s care is coordinated, if there is a need to leave our community for additional medical care. It also means that your loved one will have access to a wider range of doctors, specialists, and clinics.
Our Catholic roots and Ascension Living Mission inspire our devoted, compassionate caregivers to serve the mind, body and spiritual needs of you and your family. Whatever your faith, we welcome you.
We offer both short-term post-acute rehabilitative care and long-term care. Because we're dedicated to addressing each resident's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs, we've created a comfortable atmosphere that's welcoming to both residents and their families, and feels as much like home as possible. This includes our 6 outdoor courtyards complete with covered seating, flowers and vegetable gardens.
We make every effort to ensure dining is pleasurable – both in the quality, nutrition and taste of the meal itself, and in the overall dining environment. Our staff activities director organizes social, spiritual, intellectual and creative activities in individual and group settings. And our Spiritual Care Department, which includes a board-certified chaplain and community volunteers, is dedicated to assisting with residents' spiritual needs and interdenominational services.
We don't have set visiting hours. Instead, family and friends enjoy the convenience of visiting their loved one whenever they wish.
