Meet the Providers
Morgan Dudley, MD, is the PACE Medical Director for Ascension Living PACE Michigan. Dr. Dudley is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. She joined Ascension Living PACE Michigan as a primary care physician in August 2020. In April 2021, she was selected as PACE Medical Director.
Clinical interests and care goals
Both Dr. Dudley’s expertise and passion is to provide medical and supportive services to older adults. She strives to keep our participants thriving in the place they call home. She values her relationships with our participants and loves getting to know them on a personal level – like family. Why PACE? She values the close-knit community in PACE and the strong, caring team working together to care for those we serve.

Personal interests
Outside of PACE, Dr. Dudley enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Celebrating music is a big part of her life, especially singing with her children and creating /performing as a harpist.
Jennifer Klock, DO, is a provider for Ascension Living PACE Michigan; she joined on an as-needed basis March 5, 2023 then came on full time February 2025. Dr. Klock is board certified in Family Medicine. Before PACE, Jennifer worked for Henry Ford Family Medicine (Ascension Genesys), a physician practice within the PACE Michigan contracted provider network.

Dr. Klock’s expertise and passion is to provide medical and supportive services to older adults. Coming from a busy practice focused on patient-centered care, she seamlessly aligned her goals with the mission of PACE Michigan - to promote seamlessly aligned her goals with the mission of PACE Michigan.

Lyndsey has been a provider for Ascension Living PACE Michigan since August 2021. Prior to joining PACE, Lyndsey worked in Family Practice and Pain Management.

Stephanie has been part of the Ascension family since 1997. She has been married for over 20 years and is a proud mom of two children along with her fur-babies. She enjoys crafting, reading, and hopes to travel more. She is a compassionate medical professional committed to providing safe, patient-focused, and cost-effective healthcare while being a strong advocate for patients and their families.

Jessica Downing is the Director of Marketing and Intake for Ascension Living PACE Michigan. She holds an Associate Degree in Health Information Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, and brings 18 years of experience with Ascension in various roles across the organization.
Jessica joined Ascension Living PACE Michigan in early 2023 as an Intake Coordinator and quickly advanced into her current leadership role. Her background in health information and her deep understanding of healthcare operations allow her to thoughtfully guide outreach, intake, and marketing efforts to ensure seniors and their families are connected to the care and support they need.
She is deeply passionate about serving the elderly and is committed to expanding awareness of the PACE program so more seniors can benefit from comprehensive, compassionate care. Jessica takes pride in knowing she is helping ensure no senior is overlooked when it comes to accessing vital services.
Outside of work, Jessica is a wife and the proud mother of six children. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and traveling with her husband.
Christina Fierke has been appointed Executive Director of Ascension Living PACE Michigan. She has served in leadership with PACE Michigan since 2020, most recently as Quality Director.
A lifelong Michigander with decades of experience in wound care nursing, unit management, along with Director of Nursing experience. Christina brings both a deep commitment to healthcare and a strong understanding of the community she serves.
In her previous role as Quality Director for PACE Michigan, she led initiatives that strengthened safety practices and enhanced overall quality of care. She ensured adherence to regulatory standards and regularly provided performance reports to senior leadership within the PACE organization. Christina also oversaw associate onboarding and implemented action plans to address quality improvement opportunities.
“As Executive Director, I look forward to continuing to strengthen operational effectiveness while advancing Ascension’s Mission and core values,” Christina said.
Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University and is certified in wound care and CPR. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, quilting, and spending time outdoors with family and friends — though she admits she would happily choose a relaxing day at the beach whenever possible.
